These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Website and the booking services provided by Alta Vida Club SL, located at Avenida Eusebio Sempere, 2, 03003 Alicante, Spain (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Services Provided

The Website allows users to:

  • Search for rental vehicles

  • Submit booking requests

  • Receive confirmations and customer support

Alta Vida Club SL acts as a booking facilitator.
The actual rental service may be delivered by our partner car rental providers, subject to their own terms and rental agreements.

2. Booking Process

2.1. Availability

Vehicle availability is subject to confirmation from our rental partners.
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee the reservation until confirmed by email.

2.2. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the booking process.

2.3. Minimum Age

Drivers must meet the minimum age and licence requirements set by the rental provider (generally 21–25 years old, depending on vehicle category).

3. Prices and Payment

3.1. Pricing

All prices displayed on the Website are:

  • Shown in euros (€)

  • Inclusive of local taxes, unless stated otherwise

Prices may change at any time but will not affect confirmed reservations.

3.2. Payment

Depending on the booking:

  • You may pay a deposit online, or

  • The full amount may be collected at pick-up by the rental partner

Payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment processors.

3.3. Additional Charges

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Insurance upgrades

  • Extra drivers

  • Fuel policies

  • Young or senior driver fees

  • Late returns or vehicle damage

These are set by the rental provider and disclosed before contract acceptance.

4. Cancellation and Modifications

4.1. Cancellations

Cancellation terms vary depending on the rental provider's policy.
Generally:

  • Cancellations made within the allowed free-cancellation period receive a full refund

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full charges

All cancellation conditions will be communicated at booking.

4.2. Changes to Bookings

Modifications (dates, vehicle type, extras) are subject to:

  • Availability

  • Provider approval

  • Possible price adjustments

5. Driver Requirements

You must provide the following at vehicle pick-up:

  • A valid driving licence meeting the provider’s requirements

  • A passport or national ID

  • A credit card in the driver’s name for deposit/hold

Failure to present required documentation may result in refusal of service without refund.

6. Insurance & Liability

6.1. Basic Insurance

Most rentals include basic insurance, which may have excess amounts (franchise/deductible).

6.2. Optional Insurance

Additional coverage (full insurance, zero excess, roadside protection, etc.) may be offered.

6.3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Following the rental provider’s rules

  • Returning the vehicle in the same condition

  • Paying for damages, fines, tolls, or violations incurred during rental

7. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for unlawful purposes

  • Submit false or fraudulent bookings

  • Attempt to copy or extract Website data for commercial use

  • Interfere with Website security or functionality

We may restrict or terminate access for misuse.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website—including text, images, logos, graphics, and design—is owned by Alta Vida Club SL or licensed for use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

9. Third-Party Providers

  • Their service performance

You must review and accept their policies when using their services.

10. Limitation of Liability
