Delivery & Pickup Policy

1. Free Delivery & Pickup

We offer free delivery and pickup of rental vehicles at the following locations:

  • Alicante Airport (ALC)

  • Alicante City

This service is available only during our official opening hours, as published on our website.

2. Deliveries & Pickups Outside Opening Hours

If you request delivery or pickup outside our opening hours, a fixed surcharge of:

50 € per service

will be applied.

This fee covers extended staff availability and operational costs outside normal business times.

3. Customer Responsibilities at Delivery

When receiving the vehicle, the driver must:

  • Present a valid driving licence

  • Present a passport or national ID

  • Present a credit card in the driver’s name for deposit/insurance hold

  • Review and sign the rental agreement provided by our partner agency (if applicable)

Failure to provide required documents may result in cancellation of the service, with no refund of fees paid.

4. Meeting Instructions

At pick-up or delivery:

  • At Alicante Airport, our staff will meet you at the designated meeting point specified in your confirmation email.

  • In Alicante City, location and meeting instructions will be confirmed after booking.

Please arrive on time to ensure smooth delivery and avoid delays.

5. Delays and Waiting Time

A reasonable waiting period is included in your booking.
Excessive delays caused by the customer may result in:

  • Additional waiting-time charges, or

  • Rescheduling the delivery, depending on staff availability

6. Modifying Delivery or Pickup Times

Changes to the agreed delivery or pickup time are subject to:

  • Availability

  • Our opening hours

  • Potential extra charges if moved outside business hours

We recommend notifying us as early as possible if your schedule changes.

7. No-Show Policy

If the customer does not arrive at the scheduled meeting place and time, and no communication is received, the booking may be considered a no-show.
In such cases:

  • Fees paid for delivery, pickup, or outside-hours service will not be refunded.

  • The reservation may be cancelled according to the Rental Terms.
